John has been engaged in the wine industry for over 25 years; in 1989 he turned his love of wine into Liquid Art Fine Wines, a company that pioneered the high demand/small family estate movement that we see today. Later, as a Founder he helped grow Trialto Wine Group into one of the top fine wine companies doing business across Canada. He retired from Trialto in 2011 but could not stay away and has chosen to return to the wine trade and assist Altus Wines and a select number of other cutting edge importers.
John looks at the overall strategic plan, and his experience, industry knowledge and financial sense are a great asset for Altus Wines.
